Need to find a good financial advisor linked to my filing chapter 13 bankruptcy?
Here is my current situation, I At the trustee meeting coming very soon and I need to talk to a financial expert to go over my finances and finally decide on this to do. Currently, I filed Chapter 13 but the more I think, I feel that Chapter 7 would be the best option, but I need help! recommendations? thoughts?
The trustee is now your financial adviser and control quite well how and where your money is used. Any bankruptcy stay on your credit report for 7 years. Then it will be like 3 to 4 before you can obtain credit cards new.
