I deposited there BK 2 years. When it comes to rent a place, you should go with a small landowner, and not by a large corporation which has many apartments. They have a points system and you'll never qualify. Owner of a small would be nice if you let them know what happened. They might just want a higher deposit to you. Either that or get a family member or friend to co-sign for you. All the rest is easy. Electric and gas will not refuse you but they will also require a deposit. You do not say if you work or not, or if you have any savings. I am assuming that this question is only renting a place? Best of luck.
