If I am partners in a small business with someone, and I am personal bankruptcy …. How does this effect?

My business partner and business? Is this a totally separate question from my business? And is it necessary to tell my business partner that I am tabling personal assets?

The ownership of your company will be recognized as part of your assets. I would say to your partner. Especially if you need money to your spouse. You must register your partner as a creditor in your bankruptcy.
